Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Partnership Manager to drive and manage collaborations within the health insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance broking and partnership agreements. This role involves developing strategic alliances managing relationships with key stakeholders and negotiating agreements to ensure mutual growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify evaluate and establish partnerships with brokers insurance providers and other stakeholders in the health insurance ecosystem.
- Lead the negotiation drafting and of partnership agreements ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and insurers to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales marketing and product) to align partnership initiatives with organizational goals.
- Monitor partnership performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends regulatory changes and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Indepth knowledge of the health insurance sector including products regulations and market dynamics.
- Strong understanding of broking processes and partnership agreements.
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and nurture longterm relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Insurance or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in the health insurance or broking industry.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing partnership agreements.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the insurance industry is a must.
