Job Summary
We are looking for a detailoriented and customerfocused Onboarding Specialist to join our Health Insurance team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients guiding them through the process and addressing their queries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong understanding of health insurance products and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process.
- Guide clients through policy activation documentation and benefit explanations.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and underwriting to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Educate clients about health insurance policies terms and coverage details.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to enhance their onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Provide feedback to improve onboarding processes and client engagement strategies.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Management or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in customer service client onboarding or a related role in the health insurance industry.
- Knowledge of health insurance policies claims and benefits is preferred.
