Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customerfocused Client Support Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls addressing client queries efficiently and identifying upselling opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Call Management
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and in a timely manner.
- Resolve client queries related to products services and account issues with clarity and efficiency.
- Document call details and client interactions in the CRM system accurately.
Query Management
- Address client inquiries through various communication channels including calls emails and chats.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide prompt and accurate solutions.
- Follow up on unresolved queries to ensure client satisfaction.
Upselling & CrossSelling
- Identify and recommend suitable products or services to meet client needs.
- Promote addons and upgrades to enhance the clients experience.
- Achieve monthly upselling and crossselling targets.
Customer Satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service.
- Gather client feedback to improve processes and service quality.
- Ensure all interactions align with company standards and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications
