Job Description

Full Trails Guide Luxury Safari Camp Northern Kruger
LiveIn Position Salary: Negotiable DOE

Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking an experienced Full Trails Guide for a highend safari camp located in the remote wilderness of Northern Kruger. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established guiding team at a luxury property known for its exceptional guest experience and pristine walking safari territory.

Package Includes:

  • Livein accommodation: Private room with ensuite bathroom

  • Shared communal lapa for guides

  • Meals provided

  • Salary negotiable depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct guided walking safaris and game drives in Big 5 territory

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of guests at all times

  • Deliver engaging informative and conservationdriven wilderness experiences

  • Provide exceptional interpretation of the natural environment

  • Maintain all guiding equipment and safari vehicles

  • Report sightings guest feedback and field notes to management

  • Assist with hosting guests and general lodge duties when required

Minimum Requirements:

  • FGASA Level 2 or higher

  • Full Trails Guide qualification

  • Valid ARH (Advanced Rifle Handling)

  • Current First Aid certification

  • Valid PDP and Driver s License

  • DEAT/THETA registered

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar walking guide role

  • Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about the bush and conservation

  • Professional safetyconscious and guestfocused

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Adaptable to remote bush living and flexible work hours
