Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities via cold calls emails and followups.
Client Relationship Management: Engage with prospective clients understand their needs and present suitable product solutions.
Sales Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
Product Expertise: Maintain uptodate knowledge to effectively respond to customer queries and concerns.
CRM Utilization: Record all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and support campaign initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales with a proven cold calling track record
Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools
Selfdriven goaloriented and capable of working independently
