HVAC Sales Manager
Reporting to: General Manager
Location: Major capital or economically developed city in Malaysia
Headcount: 1 (Malaysia; similar positions open in Thailand Vietnam and Indonesia)
About the Role:
As we expand our presence in Southeast Asia we are seeking an experienced and selfdriven Sales Manager based in Malaysia to lead our market entry and business development efforts. This is a pioneering role ideal for a highly capable professional who thrives in building markets from the ground up.
You will be responsible for establishing our local presence developing customer relationships driving sales and laying the foundation for longterm success in the Malaysian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the endtoend sales strategy and for Malaysia including identifying opportunities developing leads and closing deals.
Independently develop and grow the local customer base establishing strong longterm client relationships.
Represent the company and promote our ventilation system products in the local market.
Plan and execute marketing activities and product promotions.
Monitor industry trends and market intelligence to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams across product logistics and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Deliver on sales targets and contribute to the broader Southeast Asia strategy.
Handle other tasks assigned by the General Manager as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors degree or above (fulltime) preferably in HVAC mechanical engineering refrigeration or a related technical field.
510 years of proven sales experience in the HVAC ventilation or building materials industry.
Strong track record in independent business development with experience building markets or sales operations from scratch.
Deep understanding of the Malaysian HVAC or constructionrelated market; regional (SEA) experience is a plus.
Proficient in Chinese communication to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset handson attitude and ability to operate autonomously.
Excellent negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
Resilient proactive and resultsoriented.
