Must have the ability to work independently as well as function within a team
Must be able to travel both nationally & internationally.
A selfstarter with the ability to take ownership & work without constant supervision
Knowledge & understanding of electrical standards & how to apply them to design
Skills & Experience:
Electrical testing & commissioning of equipment
Minimum 35 years experience in PLC automation design & commissioning of control systems
Programming experience using Siemens TIA Portal is required
Minimum 12 years experience in electrical circuit design preferably on Eplan platform
Proficient in MS Word MS Excel MS Outlook & MS PowerPoint
Electrical testing & commissioning of equipment
Provide technical support during building processes customer support support on imported equipment & technical support to technicians onsite
Qualification:
BSc/ BEng/ BTech Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered
