Service Advisor Position (Automotive)
Are you a customerfocused and resultsdriven professional with a passion for the automotive industry Our International Customer is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Service Advisor to join our team and play a vital role in delivering a seamless aftersales experience. This is a frontline position that requires exceptional organization confidence and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients open job cards and manage service bookings
- Accurately record customer concerns and vehicle issues
- Serve as the liaison between customers workshop and parts departments
- Provide timely updates on service progress quotes and additional work
- Ensure all services and repairs receive proper authorization
- Conduct professional vehicle handovers to ensure quality service and satisfaction
- Follow up on outstanding service invoices and payments
- Maintain CSI/SSI targets ensuring a positive customer experience
- Stay updated on OEM bulletins and campaign notices
- Ensure compliance with internal systems policies and audit standards
- Grade 12 with a relevant automotive diploma or certificate
- Valid drivers license
- Minimum 2 years of OEM dealership experience
- Strong understanding of service advisor processes and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a proven CSI track recordStrong administration skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use initiative and adapt in a fastpaced environment
- Willingness to work Saturdays and public holidays
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (Evolve IAL etc.
