Job Description
Role:Security Guard (Unarmed)
Location:Grand Junction/Mesa County
Shift:Night Shift (Overnights! Evening to Early AM) & Flex
Schedule:Flex/OnCall (PartTime)
Pay:$18/HR
Requirements:
21 YEARS
Drivers License (NO PERMITS had license for 3 years)
Clean MVR 3 years no accidents)
Join our team as a Patrol Security Officer protecting critical infrastructure and ensuring public safety. Youll patrol assigned sites enforce security procedures and respond to incidents with professionalism.
Were looking for flex officers with weekend availability for day swing night and graveyard shifts. Youll collaborate with teammates to manage risk investigate incidents and document everything thoroughly.
This is a great opportunity to build experience in a fastpaced highimpact environment.
Job Functions
- Security Presence & Defense: Serve as the first line of defense for clients and sites
- Hazard Awareness: Identify and address safety concerns
- Risk Assessment: Conduct ongoing risk evaluations
- Access Control: Manage access to restricted areas and information
- Guidance: Direct and assist patrons visitors and staff.
- Customer Service: Deliver positive interactions with a pleasant and helpful demeanor
- Collaboration: Work with local law enforcement and other security personnel to maintain highest safety standards
- Incident Documentation: Record and report all security and safety incidents and concerns
- Fleet Management: Pick up and operate company vehicles for patrol routes
- Scheduled Patrols: Perform security duties at designated stops and stay on schedule
- Incident Response: Respond to client security concerns and reports of incidents as they come through the dispatch line
Requirements
- Employment Eligibility: Provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility/authorization to work in the US
- Age: 21
- Driving: Valid Drivers License for 3 years with no major accidents or incidents
- Education: High School diploma or GED
- Attitude: Maintain a calm professional and customer serviceoriented demeanor
- Language Skills: Fluent in English speaking reading/writing. Spanish is a bonus
- Screening: Ability to pass a urine analysis (UA) and criminal background check
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work
- Tech Competency: Basic technology skills and ownership of a working smartphone and accessible email account
- Physical Ability: Can stand sit walk jog crouch bend over and carry 50lbs in a variety of weather conditions and work environments
$18 $18 an hour
