If you have 5 years of experience leading HR in a dynamic growing company we would love to talk to you. With 7 locations (and adding more) we need an A player to:
the culture the right person will break down silos encourage teams and teach them to perform at ever increasing levels. Hiring the right A players as we grow and assisting with acquisitions to increase the diversity strength and performance of our culture is also key.
people coach managers and leaders in how to spot the right people to motivate and teach them to get to the next level on a continuous basis. Periodically we may need you to step in and do that as all of us are juggling.
