For our location in Munich we are looking for a Key Account Management Lead to take ownership of our Pharmacy and Wholesale Channel. This is a pivotal role within our organization offering the opportunity to drive growth strengthen customer relationships and contribute to the success of our healthcare business.

As a forwardthinking leader you will collaborate across teams implement strategic initiatives and play a key role in shaping the future of our pharmacy and wholesale operations.

Your Role at Haleon

  • Lead the holistic management of the Pharmacy and Wholesale Channel ensuring growth and profitability.
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships to expand our presence in the pharmacy and wholesale sectors.
  • Take full accountability for revenue and profit targets within the channel.
  • Plan execute and adjust strategies to meet business objectives addressing any deviations proactively.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of Haleons goals including distribution brand positioning and activation.
  • Manage and inspire the Key Account Management (KAM) team while contributing as a member of the Sales Leadership Team in Germany.

What we expect from you

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical industries including Sales (KAM) and roles in Category Management NRM or Marketing.
  • Experience in the Mass Market and pharmacy channels is highly desirable.
  • A senior leadership profile with a confident presence and the ability to effectively lead teams.
  • A resultsdriven and innovative mindset with strong problemsolving skills.
  • Fluency in English and German along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
