We are looking to expand our team and bringing on a FullTime Social Worker. You will be part of a team that values worklife balance and where your personal and professional growth is our top priority.
As a Social Worker who will be a vital member of each patients core care team. Life on dialysis can be a difficult transition for many patientsand youll be there to support and advocate for them. In this vital role you will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities and guide them in managing the physical mental emotional and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

Requirements:
Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.
Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) required with a specialization in clinical practice
Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs
Basic computer skills in MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days

Salary/ Wage Range
$76000 $122000 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
