Your mission
Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of marketing and events As aWorking Studentin our dynamic team youll play a crucial role in shaping our AI community and driving engagement. Its an opportunity to unleash your creativity collaborate with passionate professionals and make a real impact!
Key responsibilities:
Event Management: Work with various teams to manage our event calendar and ensure the event and promotion runs smoothly
Process Optimization: Brainstorm innovative ideas with the team to enhance our marketing processes
Material Preparation & Process Building: Ensure marketing materials are ready on time and properly stored and help build and refine our marketing materials management process
Information Coordination: Make sure the marketing team has all the info they need to organize and promote stellar events
Social Media: Get handson with social media posting and engagement
Stakeholder Engagement:Identify and document top engaging stakeholders to boost community involvement and collaborations
KPI Reporting: Support the team with KPI reporting to track our success
Your profile
Currently enrolled in an university preferably in Marketing Communication or a comparable field
Ideally initial experience as a working student in marketing
Fluent German and English skills
You work proactively independently keep multiple tasks going at once and have a positive attitude and enthusiasm for new challenges
Selfstarter attitude / structured way of thinking / technology enthusiast with a passion for hightech and AI
