Hourly Rate: $18.50$19.50

Duties & Responsibilities

• The Wraparound Program Data Assistant will work with the Clinical staff and Leadership Team to ensure timely efficient and accurate completion of documentation required to meet expectations.
• Data Assistant will assist the Leadership team with tracking the completion and submission of documents including but not limited to Intake documents Plans of Care IBHA Assessments and Discharge Documents.
• Assist the Quality Manager with tracking and completion of internal and external quality review processes; assist the Billing Specialist by pulling eligibility and authorization and entering it into the EHR system. Serve as a backup for the Billing Specialist as needed.
• Complete any tasks needed for Corrective Action Plans internal or external to include tracking Team Meeting Notice letters distribution.
• As assigned by the supervisor complete regularly recurring reports standard form letters and memos and maintain records. Maintain followup system on reports requiring action on a periodic basis.
• Monitor and maintain program referrals and admissions entering data into information systems as needed.
• Track intake and exit processes ensuring timely completion of required paperwork and assessments; Assist program in coordination and facilitation of client assessments.
• Serve as liaison where necessary for referring agencies schools or individuals.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months general office experience required. 2 years of experience working in a Wraparound Program preffered.
• Must have appropriate and valid state drivers license and be able to meet requirements for Eckerds Auto Insurance and be able to drive for business purposes.
• Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and DrugFree Workplace policy.

About our Program:

Eckerd Connects Wraparound Agencies are part of the Coordinated System of Care (CSoC) under the states behavioral health managed care program that serves children and adults in Louisiana with behavioral health mental health and addictive disorders. Coordinated Systems of Care are national evidencebased models for coordinating services in a familydriven manner to ensure more positive outcomes for children youth and families. The model incorporates a broad array of flexible effective services and supports that is organized into a coordinated network and that integrates care planning and management across multiple levels and systems. Through this coordinated network meaningful partnerships are built with families and youth at service delivery management and policy levels. Familydriven and youthguided services are provided in the home as well as in community settings that are datadriven and outcome oriented. Treatment plans are individualized and strengthbased culturally and linguistically competent and integrated across all childserving systems.
