Essential Job Functions
- Develop and drive a menu of shared services through standardizing automating and optimize processes in support of the network strategy.
- Lead service center performance by monitoring performance of the team against defined performance & quality standards providing KPI reporting and executing regular business reviews.
- Identify problem areas in service delivery processes and efficiency troubleshoot issues and develop solutions.
- Collaborate with the network to maximize adoption and utilization
- Develop and manage SSC resources to have the capability and capacity to execute the services.
- Provide financial stewardship by managing SSC costs and reporting value creation.
- Serve as escalation point of contact for all concerns between the network and the SSC.

- Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Process Engineering Supply Chain Management or Logistics and Transporation preferred.
- 12 years logistics industry experience
- 5 years supervisory or managerial experience. Remote team management preferred.
- 3 years in leading continuous improvement projects with Agile Lean or Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
