Job Description
Heartbeet Lifesharing is looking for a Finance Coordinator to support the Finance Manager in effective financial management. The role involves working closely with an outside accountant; ensuring appropriate financial records are accurately maintained; and supporting team members in financial administration. Previous accounting/financial experience is a plus with nonprofit experience preferred. This role requires familiarity with audits accounts payable and receivable and budgets; an ability to prioritize multiple projects; adherence to timelines and confidentiality requirements; and a commitment to operating in a team environment.
