The Department of History Philosophy and Geography is looking for parttime faculty at Texas A&M UniversitySan Antonio for the Fall 2025 semester. A successful candidate will teach one upperlevel course on Modern Europe Since 1914. This teaching assignment will be an online asynchronous format.
Salary: $3000/course
Required Education and Experience:
Masters degree in History or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
18 completed graduate course hours in European History or a related field.
Experience with teaching undergraduate History classes.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Experience teaching online courses.
Experience working with nontraditional firstgeneration students.
Completed Ph.D. in History.

We cannot accept transcripts issued directly to the candidate. If transcripts are from an international institution it is the responsibility of the prospective faculty member to have the transcripts translated and evaluated by an approved credential evaluator.
