In your role you combine your excellent expertise across brand marketing knowledge transfer and communications. Together with our team you will build a worldclass marketing knowledge transfer and communications function at appliedAI and define an iconic brand for our OpenAccessAccelerator on Trustworthy AI. Your role is crucial as we aim to ensure that the European AI Innovation Ecosystem remains competitive through the empowerment of professionals in applying and developing the latest AI technologies responsibly.
As the Head of our Marketing & Communications Team you will be responsible the following tasks:
Strategic ImpactDevelop and implement the marketing strategy in alignment with the CEOs vision ensuring it supports business objectives
Define and evangelize the brand identity across internal and external audiences maintaining consistent messaging
Monitor and analyze the AI Innovation Ecosystem and stakeholder landscape to adapt communication strategies and knowledge transfer approaches
Develop and drive the implementation of a KPI system to measure impact and inform strategic decisions and act as a strategic thought partner to the internal Teams and CEO on marketing knowledge transfer and communication strategies
Take responsibility for creating and executing knowledge transfer and campaigns across digital print and social media channels
Work closely with internal departments (e.g. content teams Academy) and external agencies to ensure cohesive project delivery and support the presentation of education offerings and publications to enhance visibility
Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels and touchpoints
Lead and develop an engaged team in Marketing Events and Communications fostering a culture of excellence
Support and develop internal teams regarding knowledge transfer and communication standards and drive the development of communication processes and structures to enhance efficiency and scalability
Build a scalable Marketing Operations function that enables datadriven decisionmaking leveraging AI for more efficient at scale
Manage budget planning and oversight providing regular reports to executive management
Bachelor of Business or Communication and preferably a Masters degree in Business Marketing or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience within a senior marketing role covering brand product marketing communication and growth marketing
You have experience in a leadership role for 5 years or more
You have a proven track of experience in collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders from different domains
Ideally you have solid professional experience within a nonprofit environment or in the type of activities of nonprofit organizations
Ideally understanding of AI technologies or high affinity and interest in hightech topicsYou know how to make use of agile methods combine this with OKRs drive your team and agencies to get the job done
You work handson with strong team spirit and a positive attitude having experience to work crossfunctional with different teams
With your adaptability and pragmatism you feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills paired with proficient command of both German and English (e.g. C1 level)
Full-Time
