Demonstrating 3 years experience in Merchandising and Space Planning or category management roles requiring data analysis process improvements creative problem solving and crossfunctional collaboration the Program Manager is responsible for:
Leading multiple workstreams to drive continuous improvement through creation and delivery of planograms for Amazon Fresh Stores including new store launches and resets.
Development and presentation of data led analysis to support choices made when preparing change.
Collaborating cross functionally to maintain day to day critical path activities ensuring key deadlines are met.
Driving continuous improvement utilising tracking mechanisms to engage cross functional stakeholder teams on new ways of working and initiatives.
Insisting on the highest standards to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Working closely with the Macro Space Planning team to review planogram requirements and adjacencies.

Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience identifying and resolving complex issues

Bachelors degree
Experience in driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes project management and schedules
