Purpose of the Job
To secure the material delivery from suppliers by liasing on a daily basis the project planning teams (Industrial Planning and PrIDM) Sourcing Department (when its required) and Suppliers.
He has to lead the relationship with Suppliers assigned with the aims of ensuring the material deliveries on time and in full as scheduled by purchase orders and of tracking the KPI of the main logistics service for production with the aims of ensuring the required cost and performance targets.

Expediting purchase orders for all the production materials related to assigned Suppliers
Follow up and delivery rescheduling of assigned supplier and basic reporting to Industrial Planning
Requirements
University Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Logistics Knowledge / Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
English: fluent written and spoken
Working knowledge of MRP and JIT system
PC literate with experience of MS Excel Ability to read and include/understand technical documentation
Desirable working knowledge of SAP
Knowledge of Railway Electronics and Signalling equipment
