Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager with strong experience in IT hiring team leadership and endtoend recruitment management. The ideal candidate should be wellversed in managing recruitment teams coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients and handling vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the recruitment team
Manage hiring for tech and nontech roles across functions
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients for hiring needs
Build and manage relationships with recruitment vendors
Track hiring metrics and ensure process efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT recruitment and team management
Strong stakeholder and client communication skills
Experience in vendor coordination and negotiation
Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools
