Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring strong and longlasting relationships.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the internal team.
- Address client queries feedback and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Campaign Management:
- Coordinate with creative strategy and production teams to execute campaigns efficiently.
- Oversee project timelines deliverables and budgets to ensure smooth .
- Monitor campaign performance and provide periodic updates to clients.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with clients to develop marketing and advertising strategies.
- Provide insights on market trends and consumer behavior to help clients achieve their goals.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions to enhance client campaigns.
- Internal Coordination:
- Brief internal teams effectively ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver quality outputs within deadlines.
- Reporting & Analysis:

Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Mass Communication Business Administration or a related field.
- 45 years of experience in client servicing account management or related roles in advertising or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- A team player with a proactive approach and problemsolving mindset.
- Candidate should be based in Delhi.
