Job description
The Event Manager for Luxury Escapades will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing bespoke luxury events that align with the brand s premium standards. This role requires exceptional organizational skills creativity and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders ensuring flawless of highprofile events. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury event management and a proven track record of delivering memorable highend experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize design and execute bespoke luxury events ensuring seamless coordination and attention to detail.
- Develop and manage event budgets ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining the highest quality. Oversee onsite event operations ensuring a smooth flow and addressing any challenges in realtime.

- Act as the primary point of contact for highnetworth clients (HNWIs) understanding their preferences and delivering tailored event solutions.
- Identify and collaborate with luxury service providers including caterers designers entertainers and other event partners.
- Stay updated on luxury market trends emerging event concepts and industry best practices.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Extensive experience in planning organizing and executing luxury events.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market including trends and client expectations.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships with HNWIs and VIP clients delivering personalized event experiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to understand and anticipate client needs.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with event management software and tools (e.g. Cvent Eventbrite or similar).
- Strong leadership skills to manage crossfunctional teams and ensure seamless collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Event Management Hospitality Business Administration or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in luxury event planning or a similar role within the luxury sector.
- Proven track record of organizing highprofile events for HNWIs and VIP clients.
- Master s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Event Management.
- Certifications in Event Management or Luxury Hospitality (e.g. Certified Meeting Professional Certified Special Events Professional).
