Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Senior Operations Admin Executive:
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the operations administrative team to ensure smooth daytoday support activities.
- Assist in general operations processes such as equipment coordination document preparation invoicing logistics and administrative support.
- Provide backup support to the customer service function during peak periods or staff absences ensuring continuity of service.
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing administrative staff to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.
- Review and identify gaps in administrative processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate recordkeeping reporting and filing of operational documents.
- Work closely with other internal departments such as sales and technical teams to support effective communication and coordination.
Job Requirements:
- GCE O Level Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative or operational experience.
- Proactive adaptable and able to take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Willing to occasionally supporting the customer service function on Saturdays as a backup in the event of staff absence or scheduled leave.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4200 AWS VB 1 Month)
- Working Location: Tuas Crescent
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am 6:00pm
