Inside Sales Engineer Industrial Technology & Capital Equipment

A confidential industrial technology company is looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to support rapid growth in the sales of specialized equipment solutions. This fastgrowing manufacturing and R&D firm develops and delivers advanced processing equipment used across industries like energy pharma chemicals defense and materials science. With increasing demand the sales team is expandingand looking for a driven Inside Sales Engineer to help fuel continued growth.

What Youll Do:

  • Own and manage the full inside sales cyclefrom initial inquiry to deal close and handoff

  • Qualify inbound leads conduct followup outreach and manage email and call campaigns

  • Research accounts identify key contacts and generate new business through targeted outbound efforts

  • Conduct online product demonstrations and coordinate with field sales for advanced demos and site visits

  • Understand customer technical requirements and match them with tailored product solutions

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to communicate customer feedback and emerging use cases

  • Respond to RFIs RFPs and RFQs with compelling written and verbal responses

  • Maintain accurate customer data and pipeline activity in Salesforce CRM

  • Track sales metrics prepare quotations and support monthly/quarterly quota achievement

  • Act quickly and professionally to resolve customer questions and ensure satisfaction

  • Assist with preparation for virtual and inperson events tradeshows and presentations

  • Support lead generation and campaign in partnership with marketing and channel teams

  • Help build and refine sales playbooks demo assets and prospecting workflows

What You Bring:

  • 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales technical inside sales or B2B solution selling

  • BS in Engineering Business or related field preferred

  • Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing or materialsprocessing technology

  • Proven ability to work independently manage multiple accounts and move prospects through the funnel

  • Comfortable navigating both technical and business conversations with decisionmakers

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks deadlines and CRM activity

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and productivity tools (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.

  • U.S. Citizenship (required)
