Job Description
Due to continued growth Perfect Service is in need of a Data Entry Clerk. This position will go fast so take advantage of the opportunity to join the best residential HVAC company in Central Alabama! This is a fastpaced office environment so you must be able to change your focus quickly and be a team player.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a goal to become a longterm asset to the company.
Job Duties:
- Excel Data Entry
- Quickbooks Data Entry
- Work with other staff to update customer accounts
- Other Clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Very experienced and knowledgeable about Excel
- Good Verbal Communication Skills Required
- General knowledge of Quickbooks
- Ability to easily learn other computer programs
- Professionalism expected
PartTime Schedule:
Hours:- 9am2pm MondayThursday
- 9am1pm Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Required Experience:
