Job Description
RPO Recruitments client is looking for a Financial Manager to join their team in Rivonia Johannesburg.
The successful candidate will lead the finance department oversee financial operations and support executive leadership with strategic financial guidance. This is a permanent role offering a marketrelated salary based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a finance team of 15 staff members.
Oversee daily financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage budgeting forecasting and financial reporting processes.
Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decisionmaking.
Implement and maintain financial systems (Proman SAGE Payroll SAP Ariba Coupa).
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Drive cost control initiatives and improve financial efficiency.
Liaise with auditors and manage the yearend audit process.
Requirements:
Minimum of 15 years experience in financial management.
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Chartered Accountant (CA) CIMA or equivalent professional certification.
Strong proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
Excellent leadership communication and strategic planning skills.
