Job Description

The Quality Specialist reports directly to the Quality Manager. In a context of continuous growth and high performance expectations the Quality Specialist will play a critical role in driving operational improvements through auditing and process analysis. The position involves significant travel across the agencies within their responsibility.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have

Conduct audits and analyze processes to identify incidents and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement continuous improvement plans in collaboration with operational teams.

Assist in the development and application of normative standards and procedures across the company.

Support the Quality Manager in tracking and reporting KPIs to measure quality and process efficiency.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of quality improvement initiatives.

Provide training and support to operational teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and norms.

Participate in the development and of the internal audit plan ensuring compliance with standards and proper process .

Follow up on the resolution of discrepancies identified during audits.

Collaborate with various departments to enhance the integrated management system and prepare for ISO certificationetc..

Promote a Quality Culture by fostering innovative ideas and problemsolving methods.


Well what will the requirements be

University degree or equivalent in a relevant field and has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial or logistics environment.

Excellent communication skills.

Fluent professional English and Spanish are required.

Knowledge of quality standards and norms.

Experience with Lean methods and continuous improvement processes.

Strong analytical skills for process auditing and incident analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and support operational teams.

Availability to travel extensively within Iberia.

Methodical pedagogical and rigorous approach to quality management.
