Seeking a highly motivated experienced and enthusiastic Member Technical Staff to contribute towards the development of Flexera Softwares premier FlexNet Operations product. You will be responsible for the design implementation and testing of the product features. Should be an excellent team member with good attitude towards problem solving and help/guide team members when needed. Should have attitude to embrace new challenges. Should be a quick learner who can understand the existing architecture and design of the modules independently. Should have good communication skills. Should be flexible to learn new technologies and contribute in different areas of product and software engineering cycle as needed.
FlexNet Operations Profile:
B.E/ in Computer Science Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
79 years of software development experience.
Should have expertise in Java 8 and above JavaScript JSP Spring Boot and Hibernate.
Should be familiar with Docker Kubernetes Terraform and AWS.
Development of enhancements including requirement analysis design coding reviews and unit testing.
Investigation debugging and resolution of customer issues via fixes or workarounds.
Helping with triaging customer issues and performing story point estimations on them for improved prioritization of the product backlog.
Should be able to work in a fully agile team to deliver on all responsibilities
Apply good Objectoriented design practices and principles in the implementation of the product.
Collaboration with other teams such as Product Management. quality assurance database administrators documentation engineers support teams and customer success teams for effective delivery of product.
Effective handling and follow up of different customer escalations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to automate all bug fixes and stories.
Experience with working in remote teams.
Participate and contribute to various design and code reviews within the team.
Ensure secure coding practices and implement security measures.
Promote and write unit tests for all code newly written and incrementally add unit tests to old code.
Stay updated on Java technologies and industry trends.

Technical leadership and strong problemsolving skills.
Design and development of product enhancements: Design and development of product enhancements requested by customer.
Analysis and resolution of customer bugs: Analyse and Triage customer issues debug and fix these issues and provide workarounds and solutions for these.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Contribute to system architecture and design decisions.
Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
