Job Description

Pzena Investment Management LLC is a registered investment adviser and brokerdealer managing approximately $70 billion in global equity assets. We provide equity investment management services for institutional investors leading corporate public and individual clients on a worldwide basis by way of separate accounts subadvised mutual funds and other commingled vehicles since our firm founding in 1995.

We are looking for an assistant to support the EMEA Business Development team in London and Europe while interacting and coordinating with the Business Development & Client Service Legal & Compliance and Operations teams based in NY/Dublin and the European/UK Compliance entities. This role reports to the Marketing and Client Services Administrative Manager and will work alongside a Marketing and Client Services assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellentorganization skills be a good communicator (both written and verbal) have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and to deadlines. Additionally the ability to work in a small team and collaborate across offices and timezones will be important.

Responsibilities:

Business Development Support 80 per month

  • Develop coordinate and distribute regular prospect reports (i.e. commentaries statements and questionnaires) within agreed deadlines.
  • Navigate the firms resources to collect information and respond to prospect requests liaising with the Request for Proposal (RFP) Team.
  • Provide complianceapproved marketing and sales materials to support the Business Development team.
  • Be an internal point of contact for consultant and prospect requests and communications within the EMEA region providing backup and support to the LondonBusiness Development team.
  • Update and maintain relevant information in Salesforce with the Sales team.
  • Manage Salesforce Engage and mass mail activities.
  • Assist with adhoc projects and tasks.
  • Assist the sales team with research (new prospects) database project and adhoc projects/requests.
  • Assist the sales team with PR activities (arranging interviews/webinars/meetings)

Administrative Support 20 per month

  • Schedule meetings and conference rooms for the sales team.
  • Prepare marketing materials for calls/meetings manage calendars print/bind presentations perform other adhoc tasks.

Duties responsibilities and activities may change at any time.

Note: We are currently working in a hybrid environment with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. You will also have an additional 15 days of remote flexibility that can be used at your discretion.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree (preferred) or relevant financial services experience.
  • 13 years of business development and sales support is preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge of the investment management industry is preferred.
  • Prior Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook Excel PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to work MondayFriday 9:00am5:30pm and onsite minimum MondayThursday
