Job Responsibility Overview: - Supervises 15 to 30 employees in the Nursing Department.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- The supervisor is responsible to notify administrator and D.O.N. and social services via group text message of any and all incidents accidents allegations and resident concerns.
