Job Description
- Fashion Design Degree/Diploma
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- 1 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of garment construction/fashion and artworks/CADs.
CADS:
- Creating CADSs/storyboards/graphics for relevant accounts.
- Creating CADS of future merchandise in a timely manner.
- Range building according to account specific.
- Tagging all samples.
- Photographing ranges.
- Consistent and accurate use of the sample tracking system.
- Process briefs timeously and accurately.
- Compiling comprehensive tech packs for suppliers (CADs/ TDs/Colours/Specs/Artwork).
- Emailing of tech packs in correct sequence with all necessary details needed to manufacture the garment.
- Liaising with designer constantly per their/buyers design requirements.
New Developments:
- Consistent and ongoing research for newness in Product Artwork and Trends direction.
- Liaising with Manager constantly on activities at retail and newness in trend/product.
- Scanning and photographing garments.
