What You Will Do: The process is to primarily conduct live phonebased interviews with employees at companies all over the world. These interviews occur most often when employees leave (Exit Interviews) when they join (New Hire) and while they are still there (Stay Interviews).
As an Employee Experience Specialist you will gain realworld experience as part of our Talent Management Consulting team to help us uncover the truth in organizations. You will use your listening and logic skills to capture employee insights and identify their frustrations motivations and interests.
Your goal is to discover why employees join stay and leave their organization and in the process uncover important employee observations and organizational trends. The position begins immediately and work is ongoing and consistent. The ideal candidate must have regular availability during the week but can be flexible hours of the day.

Pay: $14 $17per interview completed depending on interview type (subject to change).
