What We Believe: As a Retensa team member you will be at the forefront of Management Consulting Cloudbased Technology Predictive Analytics and Organizational Development. Your effort can help up to 1 billion employees in 1 million companies worldwide.
What You Will Do: The process is to primarily conduct live phonebased interviews with employees at companies all over the world. These interviews occur most often when employees leave (Exit Interviews) when they join (New Hire) and while they are still there (Stay Interviews).
As an Employee Experience Specialist you will gain realworld experience as part of our Talent Management Consulting team to help us uncover the truth in organizations. You will use your listening and logic skills to capture employee insights and identify their frustrations motivations and interests.
Your goal is to discover why employees join stay and leave their organization and in the process uncover important employee observations and organizational trends. The position begins immediately and work is ongoing and consistent. The ideal candidate must have regular availability during the week but can be flexible hours of the day.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate has:
- Natural curiosity
- Enthusiasm for talking with people
- A customerservice orientation
- Strong organizational skills
- A motivational and collaborative mindset
- Bilingual is a MUST (Spanish & English)
Requirements
- Strong interest in Human Resources OD/HR Psychology
- Typing rate of 50 WPM or more (you can check your typing speed at written English
- Clear and comfortable verbal communication

Time/Compensation: Hours/week: 20 24hours; Days/week: 3 4.This is a remote position.
Pay: $14 $17per interview completed depending on interview type (subject to change).
