Job Description
Our client is an Australian Owned manufacturer and distributor of air conditioning products and are a leader in their field. Located in Marsden Park they are seeking several new candidates to join their constantly growing team.
We require several warehouse workers with high reach forklift experience to commence ASAP in these ongoing positions.
This position will require you to be focused to ensure all demands from the manufacturing line are met in a timely manner. A minimum 24 months proven experience working in a fastpaced logistics / manufacturing environment is essential.
Your duties will include:
- Operating high reach and counter balance forklifts
- RF scanning to pick and pack
- Stock count
- Assisting manufacturing department on production line when needed
- Use of pallet jack
- Transporting finished products from the manufacturing line to warehouse
Requirements
To be successful in this position you will:
- Be experienced on both high reach and counter balance forklift
- You will be motivated switched on and able to multi task
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Have the ability to understand and apply safe work methods
- Be reliable hardworking and flexible with your work duties
- Have a willingness and desire to work hard and meet individual and team targets
You must be able to commit to ongoing work Monday to Friday
This is an afternoon shift position 2.45pm 11.15pm however training will be for approx 1 week on day shift which is 5.45am 2.15pm
