Position:Inventory and Lost & Found Coordinator
Department:Housekeeping
Primary Responsibilities:
Log In / Out all lost & found items
Ensure all items are returned to guest in a timely manner
Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies. Order as needed.
Maintains Marketing collateral inventory. Order as needed.
Track all furniture repairs and its progress
Partner constantly with engineering for updates on furniture.
Create Turndown Boards.
Audit the hanger charges.
Trains new Office Coordinators.
Enters additional contractual payroll: trainer pay extra credits bodily fluid and sewage into spreadsheet.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Work on projects as needed
Pickup lost items from rooms
Normal Working Hours:(Shift days)
Weekends and holidays required. Number of hours worked dependent upon house count and seniority

Past Work Experience Requirements:(Type of work number of years required equivalent experience etc.
Computer experience required
Educational Requirements:(Degree/Certification highest required/preferred field of study)
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Communication Skills Requirements:(Verbal: phone inperson group; Written: memos documents)
Excellent oral and written skills
Technical Requirements:
Basic computer skills preferred
Experience with Property Management Systems (OPERA Knowcross)
Drivers License required
