Job Description
We are hiring 2 proactive Site Engineers for a highend mall fitout project in Bangalore. The role involves complete onsite responsibility from vendor coordination to project delivery. Ideal candidates should be graduates with strong communication and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with mall authorities for permissions scheduling and guidelines
Take complete charge of fitout activities from start to finish
Handle vendor finalization site logistics and daily progress monitoring
Manage onsite workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow
Track material movement and ensure project completion on schedule
Communicate effectively with vendors clients and internal teams
Ensure site safety cleanliness and adherence to quality standards
Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Must have excellent communication and leadership skills
Prior site handling or interior fitout experience is preferred
Confident in dealing with workers vendors and mall representatives
Should be energetic proactive and capable of working independently
