Job Description
- Cleaning and maintaining assigned facilities buildings and related areas.
- Performs heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors by vacuuming and buffing shampooing rugs
- Cleans and services restrooms with mops and disinfectants.
- Replenishes janitorial stockroom supplies.
- clean sidewalks
- oversee special cleaning projects
- perform janitorial duties within all facilities and related areas.
- Wash windows signs tables sinks dusts ETC.
- Empties trash containers Cleans benches and handrails.
- Operates floor machines and uses mops pails sponges brushes cleaning chemicals
- Performs under direct supervision.
- 02 years experience needed.
- Ability to lift/move heavy objects.
- Will be exposed to loud noise fumes or airborne particles noxious odors
- Will drive from one location to the other. (about a 10minute drive between locations)
- May have to work outdoors as well.
