Job Description
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Ability to market and sell medical devices and associatedinstruments to a varying audience including surgeons and hospitals.
- Must have experience in Theatre Based Selling preferably within the Orthopaedic Discipline Arthroplasty Sports Medicine Trauma.
- Must possess a strong and dynamicpersonality.
- Must have good administrativeskills to manage monthly reporting and Sales Tool.
- Strong work ethic and beselfmotivated to drive successful interactions in a fast paced highlytechnical sales environment.
- Ability to work in an OperatingRoom setting and be available on call.
- Ability to communicate withprospective customers as well as educate customers on product portfolio.
- Must be able to work with doctorsand hospital staff to achieve superior surgical outcomes while working withina team.
- Accomplish goals as well as buildtrust and respect among team members and the medical community.
- Manage budgets and quarterlytargets.
Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree medical discipline or equivalent Diplomawith work experience preferred.
ADDITIONALEXPERIENCE preferred but not required:
- 2 years ofsuccessful sales experience in the medical device or related industry.
- Experience withOR products is preferred particularly orthopedics.
- Experience withproblem solving and relationship building with surgeons and hospitals.
- Must have experience in Theatre Based Selling preferably within the Orthopaedic Discipline Arthroplasty Sports Medicine Trauma.
- Medical Surgical Device Sales
- Established Relationships with Key Orthopeadic Surgeons
