Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Project deliverable on time
2. Quality Assurance
3. Client coordination
4. Monthly projects evaluation
5. Weekly & Monthly resource evaluation along with HR
6. Keeping team motivated and increase productivity
7. Keeping the employees on continuous training (technical)
8. Project management making daily target for each resource and making it done
9. completely taking Responsibility for project life cycle.
