As the Product Marketing Manager you will play a key role in defining how our products are presented to the world ensuring they resonate with target audiences and drive user adoption. You will collaborate closely with product sales and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive product launch strategies and ongoing marketing efforts.
What You ll Be Doing
Define Product Positioning and Messaging
Develop and refine product positioning and messaging for clients XR products that clearly communicate their value proposition to target audiences including both consumer and B2B markets.
GotoMarket Strategy
Own and execute the gotomarket strategy for new product launches ensuring alignment across crossfunctional teams and delivering a seamless and impactful market introduction.
Market Research and Customer Insights
Conduct market research competitive analysis and user insights to inform product positioning identify key differentiators and understand customer needs.
Product Launches
Plan and manage endtoend product launch campaigns working with internal teams on launch plans marketing collateral sales enablement tools PR and digital marketing.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering Teams
Work closely with the product development and engineering teams to ensure a clear understanding of product features capabilities and customer benefits. Translate technical information into consumerfriendly language for various marketing materials.
Develop Marketing Content
Collaborate with the content design and digital marketing teams to create compelling product marketing materials including product videos web copy brochures presentations and more.
Sales Enablement
Create and deliver training materials product guides sales presentations and other resources to enable the sales team to effectively communicate product benefits and close deals.
Monitor Product Performance
Track product performance in the market gather feedback from customers and sales teams and refine marketing strategies based on data insights and user feedback.
Work with Partners and Influencers
Collaborate with key partners influencers and industry thought leaders to increase product awareness and build credibility in the XR space.
Drive Product Awareness and Adoption
Develop campaigns and initiatives to drive product awareness customer engagement and adoption across various channels including digital marketing social media and experiential events.

What We Need To See
610 years of experience in product marketing preferably in technology consumer electronics or XR/AR/VR industries.
Proven track record of launching and marketing tech products with measurable success in driving customer engagement and product adoption.
Strong understanding of market research consumer insights and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
Exceptional skills in product messaging and the ability to translate complex technical details into clear engaging and customerfriendly language.
Ability to manage and execute endtoend product launch campaigns working crossfunctionally with product marketing and sales teams.
Experience in creating impactful sales enablement tools that empower sales teams to effectively communicate product value to customers.
Familiarity with digital marketing tactics and channels including social media email paid advertising and influencer partnerships.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to convey product vision and benefits to both internal and external audiences.
