Job Description
Established company in Nelspruit is recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer. BEng (Mechanical Engineering) with at least 3 years experience in design simulations and testing of automated machinery or processes.
Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum requirements and experience:
- BEng (Mechanical Engineering)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in design simulations building and testing automated machinery or processes.
- Must have a background in machinery design manufacturing and sheet metal experience.
- Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
- Must be able to follow rules and work under tight deadlines.
- Able to do design changes at a moments notice.
- AutoCAD and SolidWorks working experience.
- Design simulations building and testing of automated machinery and processes.
- Produce detailed drawings for machine parts
- General arrangements and layout drawings
- Site measurement of structures and areas
- Consultation with engineers and workshop teams optimise designs.
