GRC Software Implementation Consultant Rosebank

As a GRC Software Implementation Consultant you will be acrucial part of the clients Services team. You will utilize your internal audit skillsand risk management knowledge alongside your passion for people whilst youtrain and implement our world class software.

• Reporting to: Head of Services
  
• Working environment & travel: Fastpaced officeenvironment. The role is based in Johannesburg but there is an element oftravel outside of Johannesburg and across the African continent (maximum of 23weeks at a time).
  
• Working hours: 07:30am to 16:00pm 08:00am 16:30pm or8:30am to 17:00pm when in the office and will ideally understand that there maybe times that they need to work overtime on projects. When based at clientsites the individual will need to work the working hours stipulated by theclient.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their governance risk and compliance objectives and tailor GRC software solutions (Diligent One) to meet their specific needs.
  
• Software Configuration: Customize and configure GRC software platforms to align with clients business processes risk management frameworks and compliance requirements.
  
• Training and Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions empowering users to utilise the softwares capabilities effectively. Guide clients in leveraging reporting and analytics tools to derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
  
• Documentation and Communication: Maintain clear documentation of processes configurations and customisations ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the implementation process. Consistently communicate with internal and external stakeholders informing them of new releases features and functionalities.
  
• Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage stakeholder expectations ensuring timely work delivery and issue resolution. Identify and communicate innovations or knowledge that enhance our services and offerings.
  
• Risk Management: Demonstrate a keen eye for identifying risks and issues proactively mitigating potential roadblocks to project success. Uphold high productivity standards delivering work within agreed time frames while completing all administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Completed degree in Internal Audit CIA CPA CISA IIA
  
• Diligent Certification (desirable requirement)
  
• A minimum of 3 years experience in an internal audit role
  
• Handson exposure to ACL Galvanize or Diligent products (desirable requirement)
  
• Training/facilitation experience (desirable requirement)
  
• Experience with audit management software such as Caseware Idea TeamMate Barnowl Arbutus etc
  
• MS Office
  
• GRC Software Implementation experience an advantage
