Window Tint Installer

Job Responsibilities:

• Window Tint Installation:Apply 3M window film products to customer vehicles with precision and attention to detail ensuring a flawless finish that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  
• Product Knowledge:Develop a thorough understanding of 3M window film products including their features benefits and application techniques to effectively educate customers and provide personalized recommendations.
  
• Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough inspections of completed tint installations to verify adherence to quality standards and specifications making adjustments as needed to achieve optimal results.
  
• Workspace Maintenance:Maintain a clean and organized work environment including tinting bays tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety throughout the installation process.
  
• Apprenticeship Opportunities:Participate in handson training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and expertise in window tint installation with opportunities for advancement within the company.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive customization or related fields is preferred but not required.
  
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity with the ability to work with precision and accuracy during tint installations.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the window tinting industry.
  
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in automotive detailing or window tint installation is a plus.
