Compensation: $29.30 $29.52/hr

Principal Accountabilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs and utilize computer programs like SAP
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Consistent 3 years of maintenance experience or industrial maintenance schooling
- Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical hydraulic and/or pneumatic systems
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate efficiently in English (read write and speak English)
- Math skills including but not limited to fractions/decimals addition subtraction multiplication and division
- Computer literacy
- Understand the basic metric system
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years previous maintenance experience
- Previous Cargill experience
- Work history in the past 12 months
- Ability to work with a variety of hand tools
