Job Title: DevOps Engineer Mid/Senior Level 4 6 Years Experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a Mid/Senior DevOps Engineer to lead and optimize our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to contribute to highimpact projects mentor junior engineers and drive automation and cloudnative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage productiongrade Kubernetes clusters and AWS services (EC2 S3 RDS Lambda IAM).
Design implement and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Circle CI.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or CloudFormation.
Monitor and troubleshoot complex production issues using Datadog Grafana AWS CloudWatch.
Optimize PostgreSQL performance and manage backups replication and tuning.
Implement security best practices and compliance across DevOps workflows.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps throughout the SDLC.
Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Kubernetes Helm and containerized deployments.
Strong experience with AWS infrastructure and CLI tools.
Indepth knowledge of PostgreSQL and AWS Redshift.
Proven experience with IaC (Terraform CloudFormation) and scripting (Python Bash).
Advanced use of CI/CD tools and observability platforms like Datadog Prometheus Grafana OpenSearch.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
4 6 years of DevOps experience with realworld deployments and automation.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership communication and mentoring abilities.
High accountability and a continuous improvement mindset.
Strategic thinker with handson capabilities.
