The Role
As an experienced Product Assurance Manager you will use your expertise to ensure our products meet our exacting quality standards. This is a critical role in our organisation as you will be working across multiple projects identifying and executing strategies to ensure high quality standards adherence to processes managing any nonconformances and undertaking root cause analysis. You will also approve project inspections and have responsibility for materials parts and component process selection.
Reporting to the Lead Product Assurance Manager you will work alongside our Engineering and MAIT teams ensuring all project deliverables are in line with the project product assurance plan. You will also be responsible for identifying and executing process improvements within across PA lifecycle. This role will also support Quality Assurance by conducting internal audits and analysing the results to identify and implement improvements.
