The Opportunity
As the Vendor Compliance Specialist you will support with the vendor base merchandising and the Fulfillment center both pre and postdelivery to educate on QVC Group compliance standards. You will work onsite at the Florence Fulfillment Center and report to the Operational Vendor Compliance Supervisor
Your Impact
- To review daily vendor delivery performance ensuring all issues of noncompliance are addressed.
- You will be a central contact for vendors merchandising and operations teams where all enquiries regarding compliance can be resolved.
- Ensure constructive vendor relationships are created through oneonone sessions for vendors relating to compliance issues.
- Target all poorly performing vendors identified and take remedial steps to resolve problems.
- To ensure all rework is completed within the agreed timescales and all departments are notified.
- Facilitate a smooth process for Vendor onboarding for all Vendors with regards to compliance including appropriate operational teams.
- To ensure all reworks both internally and externally are completed promptly to meet ATS time lines to support both business and customer expectations and all stakeholders notified
What You Bring
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- 3 years of experience with of Microsoft Word and Excel
- 1 years experience interpreting data and using analytics to make inferences
- 1 years experience presenting to leadership and cross functional teams.
