The Opportunity

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Coordinatorto join our team. This position is on a 2nd shift 2:30 PM 11:00 PM).

TheInventory Coordinator will:

  • Build and maintain inventory kits for maintenance events
  • Prepare and release hardware repair orders including the issuing of details for the repair
  • Process aftermarket spare orders by picking hardware/tooling/kits and coordinating shipments
  • Analyze field event requirements to assure that hardware is available and applicable per engine model when required
  • Assist with exchange hardware tracking priorities reporting and maintain company databases
  • Process line maintenance kit core returns including maintaining established stocking quantity expediting of hardware in work as required and new replacement hardware required
  • Coordinates with other functional areas to assure compliance with schedules
  • Assures that all parts and tooling are available to meet delivery requirements for field events

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 12 years of experience in inventory warehousing production/material control supply chain logistics or equivalent.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel)
  • ERP System experience required
  • SAP is desired but not required
  • Must be willing to occasionally work Saturday
  • Physical lifting requirements include: ability to lift 50 pounds 4 inches to 25 inches) capable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 pounds a grip strength of at least 50 pounds and ability to reach above the shoulder 65 inches above floor level minimum)
  • U. S. Citizenship status required
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
