Job Description
Job Title: TikTok Engagement & Organic Growth Specialist (Remote / Phone Farm Operator)

Do you live and breathe TikTok We re looking for someone who s naturally glued to the app loves engaging with content and wants to be part of building viral momentum from the ground up.
We re launching an organic TikTok phone farm and need a dedicated operator to help drive algorithmic engagement for a growing roster of client accounts.
What You ll Do:

Scroll like comment save and share TikTok videos just like you normally would.

Operate multiple TikTok accounts across various devices to simulate authentic user behavior.

Engage with client content consistently to help boost reach on the For You Page (FYP).

Warm up accounts by watching content following trends and interacting with nicherelevant creators.

Test tweak and optimize engagement strategies to trigger TikTok s algorithm.

Provide light daily activity and performance reporting (we ll show you how).

Keep up with trending content to help keep our accounts relevant and timely.
You re a Fit If You:

Use TikTok daily and know your way around the platform inside out.

Are comfortable managing multiple accounts and devices at once.

Genuinely enjoy watching and interacting with video content.

Can follow simple processes and stay organized across tasks.

Are consistent and reliable this job works best with steady daily activity.

Don t need to have a marketing background you just need to get TikTok.
What You ll Get:

Flexible hours Work when you want within EST. Choose between four 10hour days or five 8hour days per week.

Weekend coverage This is a twoperson role so part of your shift will include weekend time.
