Responsibilities:
- EndUser Support:
- Resolve issues related to SAP Supply Chain TMS Yard Management Demand Planning and more.
- Deliver and coordinate enduser training in collaboration with the learning team.
- Create and maintain training manuals and elearning materials.
- Provide onsite and remote support including afterhours assistance as needed.
- System Opportunity Identification:
- Identify IT application solutions for supply chain requirements.
- Develop business cases to quantify efficiencies and savings.
- Application Development & Implementation:
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to implement enhancements.
- Document functional specifications and oversee the software development lifecycle.
- Lead projects from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Conduct compliance audits and recommend compensating controls.
- Develop and enhance SAP BW and BI reports tailored to business needs.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide expert guidance on SAP integration and configuration including PI PO and DI.
- Develop SAP Queries and contribute to detailed technical specifications.
- Leverage SQL Power BI and advanced reporting tools for analytics.
